Living as a Christian Brother in today's rapidly changing world is a challenging way of responding to Jesus' call to follow him in reaching out and responding to the cry of the poor and marginalised. The vocation of the Christian Brother demands a generous response and a willingness to go beyond one's own needs for the sake of a common goal. Brotherhood in community is an essential part of the Brother's life where there is a sharing of prayer, work, joys, hopes and fears. Each on takes responsibility for the life and mission of the community.
