Blessed Sacrament Congregation
Humanity at present is suffering from many kinds of hunger, not just the physical hunger of starving people, but also hunger for God, for meaning and acceptance.
Together with St. Peter Julian Eymard we believe that all hunger is satisfied in the Bread of Life. It is therefore the mission of the Congregation to respond to those hungers by offering to people the riches of God's love, which is evident in the Eucharist. As the Rule of Life of the congregation tells us, the aim of all its members is "To live the Eucharist Mystery to its fullest and make clear its significance".
